Foot as the Foundation

The foot is our primary contact point to the earth. So this is where "groundedness" starts.  Getting in touch with your feet can help you bring awareness to and create a sense of "groundedness" or stability. 

In this class you learn how to assess and create mobility of the big toe and arch of the foot.  Exercises will progress through the mobility and strengthening in sitting, standing on both legs, standing on one leg with support, and then balancing on one leg without support.
