Most practices are 60 minutes in length and Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (post-rehab for ongoing strength training) are offered.

YPT Wellness Consultations - Available on Zoom meetings!
Return to the activities that you love! Each one-on-one session will include listening to your story; assessment of breathing and movement patterns; and developing a simple and effective program that will move you closer to feeling better. Treatment blends knowledge and evidence from physical therapy and the mind-body connection used in yoga and meditation. Private sessions are for anyone that knows he/she can feel better and just needs a guide, consultant or teacher to help you along that journey. Stephanie is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy since 2005, and is able to progress you Beyond Physical Therapy and back to fitness, exercise or hobbies that you love.
YPT Wellness Initial Consultation - $150.
Includes 60+ minutes of one-on-one consultation and a personalized program emailed to you after the session. Stephanie spends time listening to your desires for better health and works with you in developing a home program. You will receive access to video lessons and yoga practices, visual images, and written instructions that help to start and progress toward better health.
YPT Follow-Up Session - $120/hour or purchase 6+ sessions at a discounted rate.

Your Instructor: Stephanie Carter Kelley, Yoga Physical Therapist
Dr. Kelley holds bachelors (1990 Ohio State) and masters degrees (1994 U of Miami) in Physical Therapy. Her emphasis in clinical practice is orthopaedics and she has practiced as a Board Certified Specialist since 2005. She obtained a PhD in Education in 1999 with emphasis in College Teaching, Statistics and Biomechanics. She worked in Physical Therapy academics for 20 years developing curriculum and teaching in graduate and residency programs. She has also educated practicing physical therapists and yoga teachers about how the body works in order to apply effective treatments for chronic pain. In 2010 she was certified to teach Hatha Yoga and began integrating yoga into her Physical Therapy practice. In 2016 she left the clinical and academic settings to focus on her business as Yoga Physical Therapist to provide “spine and joint safe” yoga classes, and private and small group therapeutic yoga. She sees her role primarily as an educator, using Mindfulness and Understanding to build Compassion and create Health. Read more about Stephanie here.
