Nourish to Flourish is Dr. Stephanie Kelley’s Online Therapeutic Movement Studio…

and membership provides access to a practices that blends Physical Therapy with Yoga to address all the reasons why you hurt.

The goal of this community is to Nourish Body, Mind, and Spirit so that Your Health will Flourish.

Nourish to Flourish offer lessons, guided meditation, and movement practices that address every region of the body designed specifically for people with pain.  Dr. Stephanie user her unique 4 step approach to Empower women to take control of their health and find PEACE out of Pain.

1.  Practice

…consistently to feel better each day. Whether you meditate, perform gentle movement or challenge your muscles with strength, a frequent focus on what you need in the first step to long-lasting pain relief.

2. Educate

I love teaching functional anatomy and I know that a better understanding of how your body and mind works WILL lead to healing.  Each class includes a lesson about how the body works and how you can safely move in ways that Nourish bones, joints, muscles and fascia.

For those that want more, I have included longer lessons using images and 3D models of the body.

3.  Assess

…the true source of your pain. All this time you believed that your body was the only source of your pain. But pain is perceived in the Brain, therefore any trigger to the nervous system can affect your perception of pain.

During and after class, I offer ways for you to explore the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories that affect your pain and your health.  My approach is Breathing, Meditation and Mindfulness.  Once you understand how your inner voice is directing every decision and action in your life, you can change exactly what you need to in order to Flourish.

Each class in Yoga through the body has a a Mindful focus, i.e. I explore this simple question…How is your Mind affecting what you feel in your body?

4.  Create

…the practice that you need. Start where you can. Learn to listen to your body. Learn to move with the right amount of effort. Train both the body and the brain to feel safe. Build confidence over time and progress as you can. These are the steps that lead to long-lasting pain relief.

Each week you can connect with me and others for support. This social support also affect your health positively.  I will offer LIVE STREAM classes via Zoom.  You can download the Zoom app for your computer, phone or other digital device.  You can also join via a strong internet connection on any web browser.

In each practice, I communicate the power of connecting to your spirit for the Health that you desire.  I attribute my ability to Flourish, even through life challenges,  in deepening my personal Spirituality.  I have a broad definition of Spirituality, not limited by religion, and I will share my journey as much as I can to give you hope and PEACE.

But if you cannot make the LIVE classes, you have access to the complete online library of recorded video classes. The library is divided by region of the body so that you can find the right practice for you:

  1. Meditations (8 with a focus on breath and body)

    Breathing and/or guided meditation to give you a lesson about how to manage chronic pain.

  2. Foot and Ankle

    • Big Toe Power! is designed to heal aching feet especially conditions like bunions and plantar fasciitis

    • Faith in the Foot continues by strengthening small muscles of the foot and arch and helps conditions of the lower leg like chronic ankle sprains, posterior tibialis and Achilles tendonitis. These exercises are also great for conditions up the leg like anterior and medial knee pain around the patella and even further up into the hip like piriformis syndrome!

  3. Knee

    • Knee Pain?…Get the Train on the Track! Focuses on alignment of the knees by targeting thigh and hip strength.

    • Stiff Knees…Get Moving! Focuses on gently increasing knee motion.

    • In Quad we Trust! Those large thigh muscles…hold you up and they need to be strong!

    • Are Your Hamstrings Holding you Back? So many people feel resistance in the hamstring muscles. This resistance can hold you back from having healthy knees, hips and even affect your low back.

  4. Hip and Pelvic Floor

  5. Low Back and Deep Core

    Caring for people that have back pain and neck pain has been my specialty for my entire career. So I have lots to share! If you ever attended one of my Spine Health classes over the last few years, some of these may look familiar. I’m offering both Level 1 for beginners and Level 2 for my regular clients.

  6. Mid-Spine, Ribs and Diaphragm

  7. Build Better Bones

    You can do it with the RIGHT movement and activity. But you need to have a SAFE practice to decrease the risk of injury. This section includes a lesson so that you can understand the diagnoses of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia to perform safe movement.

  8. Neck

  11. Head and Vestibular

  12. Bonus Sections offer gentle practices for days you need a rest, instruction on pose variations, and yoga with a therapy ball.
