Join Stephanie a a group of “like-minded” healthcare providers that want to create mindful ways to care for people in pain. The focus is not only on patient care but therapist self-care. The session will start with meditation and a gentle movement practice. Then the group will discuss way to implement mindful treatment strategies to create Enlightened Health for Self, clients and patients.
