Nourish to Flourish Community
Online Monthly Membership with access to 2 LIVE classes each week and an entire library of recorded therapeutic activity and exercise classes. Current introductory fee is $49/month per person (with 1 week FREE upon sign-up). Several sections of the membership site guide patients and clients to the appropriate level of class:
Guided Meditation for Pain Management (restore calm to the nervous system with breathing, education and mind-set management)
Mindful Movement - Gentle (Level - R: for patients in rehab who need support with a home practice)
Yoga Through the Body (Level 1: a unique blend of Physical Therapy and Yoga. Each class includes education regarding the integrative functional anatomy of a region of the body. Activity progresses from NWB to FWB during a 60 minute class)
Spine Health (Level 1 and 2 available)
Bone Health (Stay active safely even with the diagnosis of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia)
Tabata Yoga for Strength (Level 2 using basic therapeutic exercise and yoga poses for progression to improved strength and fitness)

This online workshop ($97) can be used as DIY Physical Therapy (better than a google search!) or to support patients during and at discharge from Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy. The workshop consists of the following units:
Patient education: How stress affects pain
Guided self-assessment of:
breathing, Posture, Neck AROM and endurance, Shoulder AROM and endurance, Thoracic Spine Mobility
Interpretation of the self-assessment
2 Guided Meditations
Mindful Movement and Meditation (see below)
6 Practice Videos each less than 20 minutes in length to address:

Low Level Mindful movement to integrated core activation in standing yoga poses

Yoga for a Better Back: Online Course and Coaching Program
This online course ($497) guides clients through a blended Yoga and Physical Therapy approach using: pain science, patient education, meditation, and short and long yoga flows to improve ROM, endurance and strength. New modules and activities are released bi-weekly over 8 weeks for appropriate pacing through the process of healing. Clients also have access to ongoing pain and health coaching via a private Facebook group for 6 months.
